be funk collective nasce nel 2005 da un gruppo di ragazzi romani che hanno in comune la passione per la musica e le arti visive nelle loro varie sfumature.Le discipline nelle quali il collective si cimenenta sono influenzate da un modo di approcciarsi al mondo autentico e libero da inibizioni...in una parola, Funky! Dalla fine del 2006 il bfc inizia a stringere i primi legami con le labels crew di urban pressure e frt records, prima come amici e poi come collaboratori. Nell' ultimo periodo il gruppo ha l'obbiettivo di organizzare party autonomi nei quali far coinciliare tutte le sue attivit‡.
